Naveed Shakir

Director — Executive leadership in Project Controls, Project Management, Cost Control, Commercial Management & Capital Project Delivery

Naveed Shakir is the Director of Nosha Management Incorporation, bringing over 23 years of leadership experience in project management, project controls, commercial management, cost control, financial forecasting and construction management across some of North America's largest industrial and infrastructure developments. He has supported the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of complex, multi-billion-dollar capital projects within the Oil & Gas, Oil Sands, Mining, SAGD, Upgraders, Pipelines, EPCM, Refining and Marine Terminal sectors.

Throughout his career, Naveed has developed extensive expertise in project controls, cost engineering, budgeting, forecasting, earned value management, change management, variance analysis, risk management and executive performance reporting. Combining a strong financial background with practical construction experience, he has worked closely with owners, EPCM contractors, engineering teams, construction management and executive leadership to establish effective project control frameworks, improve decision-making, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within approved cost and schedule objectives.

Munteha Shakir

Director — Executive leadership in Electrical Engineering, Automation, SCADA, Digital Control Systems & Operational Technology

Munteha Shakir is an accomplished Electrical and Automation Engineering professional with over 15 years of engineering experience, including more than 13 years specializing in Canada's oil & gas, pipeline and industrial infrastructure sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics Engineering) and has built a career delivering automation, SCADA, electrical and control system solutions for major energy organizations, including Schneider Electric, TC Energy (formerly TransCanada Pipeline), Synergi-FX and Enbridge — spanning pipeline transmission systems, compressor stations, gas metering facilities, terminals and large-scale automation projects for clients such as Pembina Pipeline, Shell and TC Energy.

Throughout her career, Munteha has led and supported the design, configuration, programming, commissioning, testing and integration of SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI and RTU systems for complex capital projects, with expertise spanning electrical engineering, industrial automation, digital control systems, commissioning, operational readiness, control system modernization and engineering quality assurance.
